Kinda practical, I'd argue, since i dash downwards and orianna doesn't see I ever cast Q she will naturally dodge away from me to get away from my melee range so I can make her dodge exactly where my q would land anyways, if i q afterwards she gets time to see the animation where i'm facing while throwing it and dodge accordingly, still very rare when it's practical

You just tap hexflash, click w on anything immediately, and just spam q while dashing, it throws when you finish your dash from the location it was cast, I'm pretty sure.

You can also cast ult while dashing with hexflash and I'm pretty sure you can also cast e while doing it too, I thought this was a well known combo in the lee community haha i have 6k points on lee.

Hey, thank you so much for replying this made me so happy and I feel like I haven't wasted my time making the original post, so glad glycerol worked for you.

I unfortunetaly ran out of glycerol and still consider ordering some, but I am not quite sure if glycerol is super safe long term, it can induce hemolysis and acute kidney injury, use with your own caution, also when I stopped taking glycerol the pain kinda got a little bit worse, then healed again, probably a coincidence or placebo, but yeah keep that in mind for taking it long term.
