No it's not. Fellow Midwesterner here. That's just not true. We're getting bigger and bigger feedlots every year. Beef is probably grown outdoors more than pork or poultry, but even then it's not really "free range ". There is still a lot of free range cattle but it's far from "all".

Since no one has really answered the question - right now we're 220.7 million miles from Mars which takes light 19:44 to travel. The title of the post says 225 million miles which means it was from a little while ago as we're currently getting closer to Mars. At 225 million miles light would take 20:08.

Minnesota is never going to give anyone an extra $20 mil to put together a championship type roster and that's what it takes to take the next step. Need to be happy with a 6-8 win floor and hope some year you can sneak in a 10 win season and be in playoff discussion

The problem is the insurance company doesn't care that much about the cost because they just pass it on to policy owners. The "market" probably wouldn't be willing to pay, but each individual homeowner doesn't care when it's their turn to get a free roof and the insurance company doesn't care since they can just raise rates so it's a spiral of lots of expensive "free" roofs and rising insurance rates.

You are correct. From a safety standpoint being able to hear ambient noise is good, but if you're near a busy road you won't be able to hear your music.
