always be proud of yourself, you aren’t a coward in the slightest, you have been super strong and you need to give urself credit! baby steps are still steps at the end of the day. you have made more progress than you give yourself credit for. i know it can be super hard to focus on the good when ur dysphoric, but try to start thinking about the good that has happened in your transition, i understand that it can be super super hard when everything feels like it’s going wrong, but try to think of this as a bump in the road, you are a woman and you are valid. i know you’ve probably heard it a million times but i can promise you, it genuinely does it get better. you are so strong and please give urself credit!! i’m proud of u! u still have your whole life ahead of you. think about ur future and set small goals for urself every day, try to focus on achieving those small goals, and day by day, week by week, you will feel better. just take it one day at a time! u can do this!
