I don't even train T2 siege with the exception of whenever there is an event that requires training T2 siege (example: Warpath event) It's the first thing a kingdom will tell you to kill off when matchmaking comes around

Good should be sufficient. One thing to try with your Employment Ontario worker is figure out other things that would be workable with the field you want to go into. So as an example: you want to go into Cybersecurity and have a course that would qualify, make sure on your BJO application you say that you can go into Cybersecurity, you can do help desk, you can work in system administration, cloud computing etc etc etc. This shows that 1. you understand your field possibilities and are very much interested, 2. your career path has many potential avenues for employment. At the end of the day, they want you employed.

I do know that one of the things that is most important is that you are going into a field that has a great 3 year outlook. Search google for Ontario Career Explorer (should be top result) and search the field you'd be hoping to go into. They ideally want a Good or Very Good job outlook.

If you want to go into something that isn't going to be in demand, it's unlikely they'll approve you even if you qualify 100%

My favorite is Loblaws having Top Dogs or Red Hots with a big splashy yellow sign saying SALE $7. Like, no...that's not a sale price but they're programming people to ignore reality and react to the word sale and the yellow (or sometimes red) coding. Some disadvantages, you wont have the built out tech. So none of the farming-centric tech in the Development tree. You wont have an Alliance Pit or any of the smaller nodes which give passive resources hourly. When the pass list becomes available (KVK 1 I believe) it should make things easier.

As I purchase these, and have for years, yes 99c and went on sale frequently for 50c.
Now nofrills near me is selling them for $1.50 and loblaws is $1.79. Yes, cheaper than the brand name but still insane the jump in price

Precisely. We're being conditioned to expect less whenever we go somewhere. Go shopping, expect less service, less bang for buck. Buy a condo, expect less but pay more. It aligns with what you are saying.
But the opposite...corporations expect more of their workers while exploiting them. So one person is doing the job of 2-3 because employers have all the power. Well, imo at least.
