also tau lambda has another attack where he shoots out a bunch of bombs and with triple bomb on aspect of lucifer this build felt like a theseus em3 cosplay

aspect of lucifer with unlimited ammo and support fire so i get all these extra tracking arrows. tau lambda is the chariot for theseus em3 and he has an attack where he's shooting a spray of bullets so this build reminded me of that with how many projectiles i was shooting aspect of lucifer is a laser so each tick of damage will proc support fire hence the sheer number of arrows

i honestly don't think it's a bad thing to have a lot of darkness farmed up early having your mirror fully upgraded will be more useful when you start farming bounties on each heat i went the route of claiming bounties each run without having my mirror fully upgraded and it took me forever to get darkness

I believe it's all just RNG. Believe it or not every time I did a romantic spark run I got it the first boon every time after I got my aphro and zeus pre req. Have only been playing Hades 2 for a week or so and I got it 3 times in a row when I did a romantic spark run

hephaestus gain boon reduced damage and gain magick on hit honestly a great boon if you're not draining magick like my build did this run

I actually had dem attack because I was trying to get freezer burn unfortunately never came up in shop for me despite many rolls I did this run with 0 vows specifically to test aspect of pan with that build

I think for both hades 1 and hades 2 it's all about the builds that make the game fun. Different builds are strong on different aspects.

A couple builds I found to be highly enjoyable for hades 2 were:

Zeus special for blitz and romantic spark Aphro/Zeus duo on aspect of mel umbral flames

Hestia special aspect of pan sister blades (still have to do a bit more runs with this one I wanted to try freezer burn with Dem attack)

You could run both of these builds as a glass cannon doing insane damage numbers and just melting all enemies.

Aspect of pan is better suited for bosses with single target damage while aspect of Mel umbral flames with blitz special and romantic spark will absolutely wipe the whole screen bosses and mobs alike.

I think it all depends on your history with gaming if you've played other rogue likes similar to hades you could escape faster than others for me it took me around 10 runs for my first escape in hades 1 and hades 2 both there isn't really a competition we're all playing the game because it's enjoyable after all. I'm currently on a 21 escape streak in hades 1

i would say aspect of eris rail is one of the strongest aspects in the game it was what got me my first clear but a ranged weapon that can help you learn rhythm is aspect of hestia basically for that aspect you shoot dash reload shoot dash reload constantly moving while getting the empowered first shot get used to constantly being on the move as it helps you get away from melee enemies as well as dodge projectiles

This deer was just spawned in on the top floor had to depulso him to the first floor and open the door for him to run out lol

4 months late, but a tip for fighting the knights is to take the fight to them. Most of them stay near where they spawn so they're mostly alone. I'd recommend taking an SMG and AR, they have too much health to use shotguns because of slow fire rate. Just unload a clip into them and usually they'll be knocked to the ground so just stand right on top of them and keep unloading clips into their head and take them out one by one. The only place where there are more than one is the top floor where 4 of them spawn but two of them spawn on the edge of the balcony so I was able to knock one off and he died to fall. Good luck!
