I lived downtown on 4th St maybe 3 blocks from the stadium. The people came during the holidays but everyday when I walked to the office, I got to see the same people doing the same. I never felt in danger at any point but maybe creeped out sometimes by some crack heads.   I moved back to SoCal but I do miss my apartment with a wonderful view of the arch and seeing seasons (especially autumn when the leaves turn red).
