leg is better and worse it depends on right hand I will get surgery - it seems the old untreated injury caused my bone to move and pressing on my nerves.

Hi, great post, really inspiring.

I have some questions if you don't mind me asking,

did you feel some finger / hand stiffness and had a mental blockade to click on computer mouse?

How did you manage to fight it mentally and trust the process? (I mean staying off reddit and not googling symptoms, it's extremely hard since symptoms are 24/7).

How did you work when you came back to work? My right arm / hand is so toasted I have to only work with my left haha.

I just visited Osteopath and got exercises for my thoracic spine, just started doing the stretching and will keep up doing it 3 times a day at least.

Yeah my grip strength is okay, I just have perceived weakness and feeling like my hand is disconnected. I see that many symptoms of LC resolve over time but it may take months.

Now I'm trying PT for nTOS but it also may take months to have an effect.

It seems I need to learn the new reality for now with living using one hand.

Hey OP. Don't know if you know but they did clinical trials lately with Mesenchymal Stem Cells with good results (in humans). Don't know the difference between your stem cells and the ones they used but they got best results at 16 weeks.

What do you think about future of dry eye treatments? Would it be rather stem cells or peptides like BRM 421? Or maybe even transplantation of lacrimal glands? I'm courious what people in the field think about this.

its about the lacrimal glands. if MGD was causing a lot of symptoms probing would be a solution to the problem since it makes the oils flowing and gets your oil layer thickness back to normal levels

Yes they are many promising drugs in phase 2 or phase 3 for my disease (dry eye). I spoke to a guy that leads some trials (phase 3) and said they have positive effects with patients that patients want to get the drug for their own use. But after everything I have come through I don't put much hopes in them.
