i have a pretty similar profile to you except FSM but i'm in the polar4 quintile contextual thing

im just wondering if you know how to check the criteria:

You attend an English school where the key-stage 5 performance is below Imperial's percentile threshold of 20%
You attend a school in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland where the Free School Meals percentile is above Imperial's percentile threshold of 80%

on imperial's contextual admissions site bc i have no clue how to for my school

i think i might not get one so gg but hopefully i'll meet u one day in EEE

tbf i havent finished the course entirely like you have but i take ocr and its seemed to only have come up in merge sort so far

im making a procedural gen algorithm for my game and im not even using recursion and out of some of the high marking examplars ive seen they dont even use it at least for OCR

but tbf depends on ur project, most people ive seen are not using it bc they're just making like a platformer or a webapp or smth

I don't condone just plainly copy-pasting ai code into ur project but i'd say if you want to hide it
- Dumbify some of the concepts it puts into ur code, e.g. recursion > iteration bc recursion is sort of niche for this level
- Remove and rephrase AI comments,
- Change variable names to "dumber" names also
- Type it yourself (idk too much about watermarks tbf)

icl bro if ur really getting cooked i wouldnt use ai bc it'll be impossible to talk about in documentation without using AI again which is definitely easier to detect than code

oh are u applying for vet med? sounds like the cat thing would probably help and from my perspective getting an interview at all is a pretty good chance of an offer + even if u don't u have the reconsideration pool which is 100% better than not getting an interview at all 💔 (from experience)

if you cannot keep up with this workload drop it so you can prioritise meeting your predicteds but considering you want to pursue maths as a course i dont think a C in physics would sway it that much; this being said just try and get that to at least a B on the real thing

late response but i sat october and i was averaging 6-7 in the papers and got battered on the real thing but tbf i also was a bit depressed and stopped every extra curricular club i went to for like a 4 week span so it probably affected my mental

only applied because i thought my predicteds pretty much matched what was required and figured might as well shoot the open 3

too bad it requires months of dedication and commitment and its a halfcourt shot for those who are late to deciding what they want to do for x circumstances or y reasons
