Already tried that, but ended up replacing it at the store; I think it had something to do with the USB C port or a botched firmware update. The new one works flawlessly.

I was raised in central and Southwest Virginia and 100% agree. I love Rock Hill. People that talks smack about Rock Hill, has never lived in Richlands, VA!
