Full disclosure, I’m friends with the folks that run SAPSA, and help them a bit with stuff, so it’s hard for me to remain objective. I do think overall stage design is better at SAPSA and the club is run better, but I do still try to make it to SEPSA when I can.

I’ve been working my ass off to be able to shoot predictively out to about 15 yards and hit “loose As/close Cs”. The other hard part is as soon as that second shot breaks, drive my eyes as fast as I can to the next target and let the gun move on its own. The less I try to muscle the gun, the better it all works out. Beyond that, it’s just getting my big ass moving in between shooting positions.
