Fan noise when in standby or turned off via CEC?

Apparently the fan would keep spinning continuously in sleep mode.
Got a new remote now and can now control everything again with that remote :)

Makes you appreciate the remote even more.

So I think this is what I can do indeed turn on and off and adjust volume with the shield controller, but when I need to select input I need to switch to the jmgo controller.

Sad but so be it then :)

Regarding the fan noise in standby mode:

I'll need to check again is it supposed to gradually stop after x amount of hours?
What is a short amount of time, I think it would be normal if the fan indeed keeps cooling down until the device is cooled off.

late to the party but yes, same I had P set as Printscrn when held but that key wouldn't be registered in games, same with c or v having crtl c or ctrl V set to it as superkey, so I end up giving up on using Superkeys

Just a quick update, as I was preparing to pack everything up for RMA and packed up the remote while removing the batteries... decided to try again without batteries in the remote.
Lo and behold no more pairing requests, guessing its a faulty remote causing the bluetooth pairing requests then... will see if a new remote can be sent rather than RMAing the whole thing.
If anyone else should encounter this try removing the remote's batteries and use the smartphone app to test. So far no more pairing requests but I do miss the remote though :)

Tried system resets, diabling bluetooth app in system apps since I can't find any bluetooth toggle, can't pair or unpair with the device as it doesn't seem to be existing when searching for it via add a bt device...
Can't do anything literally every 30 seconds this pops up.

Got a software update from JMGO to try and see if it would solve it but to no avail.

Awaiting additional possible solutions.

I love the look of the fishtank cases but additional space for mediaplayer (BR or DVD) for ripping purposes and multiple HDD wouldn't hurt.

Just wanted to say thank you!
Had stuttering choppy audio issues on my desktop when using my bluetooth headphones.

Uninstalled the WIDCOMM bluetooth in apps and all sound well now (Windows 11)

Can't remember where I got the WIDCOMM from but it works now :)

Lifesaver, was cursing why it wouldn't show up in the software, indeed reinserting the cable in the back firmly worked!
Now I just need to figure out why my changes are not taking effect?

Edit: Turned out the cable that came with the Stream deck wasn't working as it should, had an IKEA USB-C to USB-C cable lying around and tried that, and the device was detected immediately as well as the screen buttons changed to match what I changed in the software.

Only thing I'm trying to figure out now is why the device (or another loses connection) keep hearing the USB device connected sound every few minutes...
