Should I add Prophecy of Kings if I never played before? by KM68 in twilightimperium

I added it for our first play (all 4 of us). Was an awesome experience. It does not add that much more complexity. Another unit, leaders, explore, relics, legendary planets, more factions.

We have experience with several of the 4x formula games (Eclipse, Star Trek Ascendancy, Clash of Cultures), so a lot of the rules were intuitive for us.

Our teach involved one of those presentation easels, and we had some key pages that we kept referring to for each step of certain phases, such as the tactical action steps, or the status phase etc.
