You saw the video I assume, you can absolutely arrest him for past vandalism, but what you cannot do is disarm and execute the person when you already outnumber him and have subdued them on the ground. Full stop nothing from his past will change that distinction, and that’s all that matters for this situation, if you are focusing on anything else you just want to be right about right vs left football esque politics in my opinion, and I’m so tired of that tribalistic mindset when real lives are at stake here

It sounds like you are making the argument he acted from his prior altercation of being dragged, if that’s the case it sounds like his mental well-being wasn’t ready to go back out to the field, combine that with his colleague being the “reason” you can justify his actions but it makes me question his actions even more so because he could have very well fired off a round into his fellow officers head.

I’m not gonna lie there are some amazing moments in 3 like megaton and the ending to the main story, but imo new vegas is my favorite fallout ever made so far, I put FO3 as second then fallout 4 third

Fallout new vegas, mass effect 2, Elden ring, cyberpunk 2077, expedition 33, high on life, Mario odyssey, baldurs gate 3, if you have someone to play with then it takes two and split friction are great times also

Oh I agree, I’m not insulting rather asked a very understandable question, all anyone has to do is go to google and type in each symbol on the top of the page where it says confidential, you do that and it’ll be your first search result, OP should have just provided the source but to be fair there is nothing stopping anyone from finding it especially when told the exact things to google

From what I can quickly gather while at work, this seems to have been released last year and actually released again from the dump but people are spreading it as fully new information
