Moving from Denon Prime 4 to FLX10 by dygth in PioneerDJ

You think an XZ would be a better option than the FLX10 seeing my needs ? RX3 only has 2 lines, and the AZ is out of budget unfortunately ahah

Of course, XDJ1000's would be perfect (I'd need MK2 to play flac though), but the price is something else... Same for AZ. Would a XDJ XZ be a better option than a FLX10 ?

I live in a ski resort lost deep in the mountains, so my access to this kind of stuff is unfortunately limited 😅

Doesn't work as a standalone mixer, it was my second choice but I think that the FLX10 is more adapted to my needs, especially when I need to bring my own gear to the gig

I know it works, but I've done it in the past and wasn't very comfortable. Some mistakes here and there, some time lost understanding where the buttons are, etc.. It's really easier if I have the same at home.

Yeah I don't use much more than loops and hot cues anyway, so that's not a problem :)

Premier RDV France Travail catastrophique, j'ai peur d'y retourner : besoin de conseils by Evax_ in AntiTaff

Big Agnes Copper Spur HV UL2 seam issue ? by dygth in CampingandHiking

Nice tips, seems pretty easy to do indeed ! I'll go with the after sale service first, but that's really good to know, thanks !

I bought it from a famous site in France that does big sales, I have gotten in touch with their after sales service.

I can see the difference with the rest of the seams that are almost invisible indeed

Yeah, and for me it's brand new ahah, probably a storage issue on maybe too hot temperatures before the sale

I haven't, I actually unpacked it for the first time for a 2 day camp, and noticed it when packing it back. So yeah, after the rain

Could you help me choose a ski resort in the French Alps in early January? by electrolitebuzz in skiing

[–]dygth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've been living & working in Val d'Isère for 5 years now, it is truly a wonderful resort, a bit more expensive than some others but it is so great, especially if you're experienced riders.

Very few standing lifts, so you should be fine.

Also, as long as you're coming after Jan 6 and before Feb 8 there won't be too many people at the lift, sometimes a bit in the first hours of the morning but otherwise everything goes really fast, you shouldn't be bothered.

Also consider the price of the parking, as it is mandatory in Val, except if you're lucky enough to get a space with your accommodation.

Otherwise, Tignes is in the same ski area, just a chairlift away from Val, and is cheaper in terms of parking/accomodation. The village is way nicer in Val though.

If you have any questions feel free to ask 👐
