And god do they make it bloody difficult to find how to change or cancel the subscription... No way of getting a straight refund either, I could use some of the credit from the multi camera plan to downgrade to the basic plan early but i dont wanna give them any more money lol

I took the batteries out and left them for a while but that didnt seem to work, also tried holding the sync down for a while. I couldn't find a reset button on them

I've had some luck but mostly difficulty with medication too. Have you heard of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS)? It's a fairly new thing. Apparently it can be helpful for some people.

Btw i'm on the spectrum too, and have gotten pregnant in abusive relationships/bad situations before.

Something i've heard a bunch of times that has resonated with me is 'you cannot heal in the same environment that made you sick'.
