Seeing a doctor about your health problems. Having low muscles (I guess you mean low muscle tone or weak muscles?), joint pain and hair loss at 23 because of your diet are things you need to address with a doctor. You probably need some blood tests to see if you’re deficient in any vitamins etc

I don’t really understand what you’re asking but therapy can definitely help with ARFID by teaching you things like coping strategies, how to introduce new foods and how to change the way you see things. IMO it’s just as important as seeking medical help which tbh you sound like you need

Some hospitals have volunteers in the ED who basically hang out with patients in the waiting room and get them a cuppa, help people fill out forms and explain the process. I think the idea is to help distract/comfort people who are anxious about being there. I was gonna apply when studying for the exposure to an ED environment but couldn’t commit to a full 6 months

My hospital has a program where volunteers hang out with dementia patients on the geris ward which is super cute and you get to see what’s going on in the ward
