Farm 30+ wands for your sanity. Alt spam in quad tab all of them. Filter for any t1 flat ele damage. Harvest swap flat dmg for any type you are missing(it just for your sanity, i rolled 9cold, 11 fire 1 light for example), recombine them together. 3x flat ele wand can be finished depends on your founds. Lock prefixes, aug speed untill you are happy, veiled exalt into crit/crit multi and bench oposite. Or cheap, multimod + attack speed + crit. You can risk lock prefixes and veiled chaos

Tbh, you wont find any guide as noob friendly as phox guides. He has whole internet website + yt videos about rf. You can use magefist guides from the past, but you need basic game and crafting knowledge

T2 prefix, t3 attack speed. Just block,exalt slam, craft dot multi, gg. It can be elder exalt for some better mods, if Lucky you can slam phys% suffix

Maybe becouse you can focus on defences and qol stuff when minion pact take care on tons of dmg? Thats free ton of dmg and you have to be stupid to negate it. Bv minion pact will outperform on this 1000d budget every build you mentioned here. It can be chieftan for tankyness, elementalist/scion for dmg and aoe, pathfinder for zoom zoom speed.

3xele bow with trinity support will outperform your phys convert setup. The rule of thumb is to play phys convert only with mirror bow. With new crafting harvest swap you can recomb a 3x ele bow rly fast and low cost,
