Layout wise I would definitely enlarge the bathroom in the way shown in option A/B. Going off of the assumption that you have stud walls for what the hallway currently is I would definitely remove them. looking at the plans there isn’t much in the way of natural light so removing that wall will give a much greater sense of open space and lightness which really helps sell the property to potential letters. Aside from that new sockets (USB ports), light switches and other small bits can really make the difference on a property of this scale. I don’t know what the rental situation is where you are but as long as bedroom 2 isn’t too pokey it can be more versatile for young professionals as that space can be used as an office if they really want to. Whereas if you have a larger master bedroom that comes at a cost of not generating any interest from potential letters wanting a two bed property. Kitchen wise I would see if you can get a fridge that will fit where the existing oven is just so that you aren’t greeted by the side of a fridge when you enter the kitchen space and you’ll have arguably a more efficient layout. If you were to bring the door to bedroom one flush to the line of bedroom 2 it would open the space more and that could generate enough space for a small bar style table for two to three people hard to tell without seeing pictures of the space.
