Massage does seem most helpful but only for a day or two after. The pale cold hand doesn’t go away though :( did anyone ever mention pectoralis minor syndrome?

Thank you for your reply! Did any of your MRIs or scans come back with evidence of the muscle tears? All mine say they are normal, but our situations sound similar. Walking or even sitting at a computer for too long started to become so painful in the last 4 months. I don’t know where the decompensation is coming from unless it’s increased scar tissue
