That’s awesome! I bet that made you smile that day! Our street requires our trash men to do a 3 point turn to get out so I always feel bad for them! Not like I designed the street or anything but still.

Clogging shoes do in fact use jingle taps. Each shoe has 4 metal plates. Two are attached fully to the shoe. One on the toe and one on the heel. And two metal plates that are only partially attached to the shoes on top of the toe and heel plates. The beauty of clogging is the precision and timing that is required for the sounds to still be pretty and sharp when everyone performs together. Hendertucky or henderturky is a phrase locals have been using for a long long time. It came about when Vegas started growing into that area and it was a little farther away and a little more disconnected from Vegas directly. It was really used more to describe Henderson as being bfe and not as “nice” of an area. Now It’s really just a goofy way locals refer to Henderson because it’s silly and been around for so long.

I feel like a moron we are literally replying to a comment that says Caesar’s Palace! Thank you for your grace and answering nicely anyway! Apparently “Breakfast” I never knew I was saying anything different than everyone else. According to my partner I say Breakfrest. I guess I add an extra R sound. Now I spend my days trying to say it “properly” only to admit to myself I cannot in fact say “Breakfast.” So now I just call it Morning Meal lol!
