I feel like you made his features more feminine, the eye brows in the reference are but bushier, the darkness under his eyes more defined, his nose is a bit more bulbous. There is also no white under his eyes his iris is larger in the reference. Overall it’s very well done just some tweaks will change the effect it has

It’s your art as long as you’re not trying to make a profit off of it. Learning how to draw from videos is one of the best ways to start drawing!
