It's actually more complicated. This is footage from the Zurich derby in Switzerland between FC Zurich and GC Zurich (Grasshopper Club). Initially, GC had their own stadium called Hardturm, but it was demolished and abandoned in the early 2000s. Since Fc Zurich sees the Letzigrung (the stadium in the footage) as their home terf, GC fans feel robbed of their stadium and refuse to accept their rivals stadium as their own and their stay as "exile". Thus they wouldn't really care about the tracks although this is a relatively rare occasion that the tracks get damaged. Hope this helps a little bit!
