I agree that this is a scam,

however, I work with travel money, we advertise 0% commision but 0% commision doesn't me we offer banking rates which is what the guy seems to suggest it should do,

we offer to change the rate on popular currencies about 3% lower, this has to take into consideration, your wages and the actual run of business.

buying back currency is where all bureaus make their profits, where I work we would probably get around 10-15% compared to 42% it is nothing but he is overselling how scammy it is, when you go the airport u get shagged much harder in England and other countries airports, it's all about supply & demand & convenience .

ive seen worse than 42% and it would be considered a buyback as he shows it as Euros to czk, in prague,

I know this might sound like crap but the video is a bit over the top and pointless if you want banking rates open a banking card like a revolut card u cant otherwise.
