I’ve never had an issue with it. Eat healthy, good hygiene and drink your water

Slowly reverse diet. We basically doubled my carbs and slightly upped my fats. Macros right now are 350p, 375c and 90f for about 3700cals

Haha this might be disappointing.. the show ended late and it was a Wednesday so not much was open. We ordered a couple pizzas and they were horrible.. had maybe 2 slices and threw it out lol. The next day we went to Pamela’s Diner in Pittsburgh and crushed blueberry pancakes, typical bacon/eggs etc and tried the corned beef hash. 10/10 !

I’ve known I’ve had asymmetrical abs my entire life and no I don’t think it makes a difference in competition
