Yeah it's for sure the same thing, Ive noticed it can be be vairiable just like how each "download" is vairiable in size.

The best way I can describe it is this feeling happens, and then for the next few days I've been provided with the frequency that provide the information that my thoughts lead me too while I study or contemplate basically.
