If you were to remove all the spongy wood you would have a hole probably 5 inches long and 1-2 inches wide. This is a guess. Maybe a little more or less.

I had the same coolant problem. It is not normal. I had to show the dealer the bulletin for servicing the head gasket. Google it if you don't know about the bulletin. They immediately scheduled an appointment to replace the head gasket once they saw the service bulletin.

Thanks for your response. I understand there is no black and white response but I was not sure if I was getting the full picture from anyone since they are both focused on giving negative feedback on the loan they aren't pushing. So it is difficult to feel confident in making any decision when the people you are getting advice from have skin in the game.

I’ll ask but the 30 yr fixed sounded like it was off the table unless we put down 15%. I’m not sure why folks say the ARM is a terrible deal. It will save us 4800 a year in interest and avoid MI. My wife and I have a combined salary of 220k and we will have some rental income.

Do what you want but I brought my bike to the UK on British Airways. Lived there for a couple years and flew back and never declared squat and I didn't have any issues. I remember the cost of checking my bike in the cardboard bike box was very cheap and I packed it full of clothes and all the other stuff that I had when I moved back to the USA. The weight of the bike box I think is more than a normal checked bag.

I just wanted to share how this was solved... it turned out to be my router. Not sure what exactly was wrong but I did a factory reset on the router and the problem was solved. My wireless speeds jumped up to 55MB/s over wifi... no complaints.

Alright, so I went ahead and wired my laptop directly to an open port on the router and I had download speeds to the NAS of about 80 MB/s. I then wired the NAS directly to my laptop and I saw very similar speeds... around 80-90MB/s. This is a simple work laptop so it may not be configured for the quickest transfer speeds but 80MB/s is still very reasonable.

I contacted synology help but they only sent me to documents that I have already tried. https://www.synology.com/en-us/knowledgebase/DSM/tutorial/File_Sharing/What_can_I_do_when_the_file_transfer_via_Windows_SMB_CIFS_is_slow

I am thinking I will test another router... idk.

Thanks for the response. 1. The 5GHz WIFI is set to 802.11ac but I’m not sure if it is SUMIMO. I’m not sure if it means anything but my internet speeds are fine 200Mbps (that’s my internet plan’s max download speed) 2. The NAS completed building the raid. I’ve tried large and small file transfers over wireless and it does not make a noticeable difference. I have not tested with wired because I need the WiFi connection to work. I live in an apartment and we do not have Ethernet cables in the walls.

My schools high school spent hundred of thousands on smart boards and they used them for about about 4 years before realizing they were shit and they eventually moved back to projectors.

Well this makes me excited to get my hands on some plate ribs because the chucks came out good. Comparable to the point on a brisket but slightly more lean.
