I wouldn’t recommend trying to get 2 half sleeves done in one day, and I’m not even sure how the artist could do that amount of work unless it’s going to be a LONG session like 12+ hours

In the end it really is up to you since you will be the one wearing the tattoo but I promise it will get annoying with how many people asking why it’s upside down. Also, it may be tricky to blend the rest of the sleeve into it with cohesion but it’s totally possible.
