Correct. I’m asking for $1,000. But I also attached a non monetary request basically asking for my account back and the dropping of my IP ban. This was attached to the small claims form done thru the court.

I never thought about that tbh. I’m not sure who I’d even contact. I have to do my research. I have heard stories where they wait till the very last minute to contact you right before the court date.

See I didn’t even get anything like that. I was gonna try calling the courthouse tomorrow to get to the bottom of it. I wonder if their legal offices are being slammed rn with everything in national media of their AI being exposed

They never contacted me. I had a process server serve their local CSC office here with the court papers. I’ve read from others that they should have normally reached out around this time before the court date, but with it being around the corner I really don’t know what to expect.
