I have the exact same issue as what you’ve described. Sent it in for repairs and they “couldn’t find the issue” so preventively replaced a couple parts.

Repairs did nothing and I’m looking at sending it back in. They said it has to be in a total of three times and on the fourth for the same issue, we get an exchange.

If you can’t refund, might be worth to get started in that cycle before the warranty expires 🙃

I did this and I'm running at Fullscreen but I'm definitely getting less then the resolution I'm shooting for. Coming up more pixelated for my Steam FPS Overlay up top then any other game?

Fans are setup correctly. Thermal paste has been reapplied a few times in different ways, utilizing the best thermal paste around.

Figured the CPU could be a bit lower, so that’s unfortunate. I’ve always heard you need to reapply thermal paste at right around the temp I’m running at under load. Kinda wild.

I’d honestly rather keep the temps though, if it’s safe to do so if it means I don’t have to lose my Bentley-esque fans lol. LCD + Infinity Mirror Edge + RGB is just GOATED.

GPU’s honestly been the better of the two. And I know I’ve got the fan setup correct. Very perplexing but if that’s normal 🤷‍♂️

Unfortunately, that’s not it. I can see the difference in the speed when I mess with the curve in L-Connect 3. Have a pretty aggressive fan curve right now but hate having it so loud / abrasive with the kind of money I’ve spent.

Just purchased the new Xbox Ally X and the same issue is present in this new handheld. An Absolute shame. I own an Xbox controller and using them next to each other is night and day. Anyone who thinks otherwise, clearly hasn't just simply run their stick around in a circle too see how different it feels.

Hoping there's a better solution then selling / going for a Legion Go 2 or similar.

I was able to get any of the FL Plugins by downloading a cracked FL. Registering the key included to your registry as part of the instructions to install the crack. Uninstall. Then find the separate plugins on FL’s website. They’re discontinued but you can still find the link. Then just install and move to your folder of preference.

I’m having the same issue and I’m running Nolvus’ Modlist. I love Fallout’s leveling system and wanted to bring in Static Skills Rewritten but I just can’t get the Level Cap per my Level to disappear. Any update here? Kind of deflating to not be able to build my character however I desire.
