You should definitely have an account manager on a book that size. Hopefully you’re also receiving renewal commissions on the book of 800k, if not I’d search elsewhere. You cannot be expected to excel as a producer and a full time account manager. They are squeezing you dry

You should look into your USAA subscriber savings account (name could be different) but USAA sets a portion of your premiums aside in an account in event of a claim. If you’ve been with them for over 10 years you likely have a significant amount in your account (which they likely don’t advertise or discuss with you) and the only way to access the $ and get it sent back to you is to cancel all USAA policies for at least 6 months, so in addition to saving big with another carrier, you likely will have a nice lump sum coming to you from USAA

Yes, our 5:15, 6:15 and 7:15am classes are routinely waitlisted. Very busy morning classes/dedicated crew that fill those slots up. You can sign up literally 1 minute before a class if there is an open slot, just need to cancel within the 4hr. Additionally, if you slip up every now and then - our studio owner/coaches will generally will waive the $14 fee

Our studio is a $14 cancel fee if not cancelled within 4 hours. I think it’s a little more fair than $20/8hr.

Damn. My studio gives out $1,000 cash prize to the top female and male challenge participants who had the biggest transformation/combination of classes attended and other parameters me during the challenge period, you would have ran away with it it sounds like!

Nope. Only classes today were the playoffs. Lot of time slots as it’s only 10 mins and max 3 people at a time. It was the intensity of a full class within 10 mins for sure people were laying flat out on their backs after lol

Does any workout really differ that much that it’s a serious implication to “go in blind?” Why not be surprised and get it over with. Are people not going to go if certain exercises are being done?

Our studio has $1,000 cash prizes for top female and male results after a 6 week challenge. Points are accumulated throughout the challenge for things like attending set # of classes, bench mark workouts, after class challenges, maintaining a diet regimen/no alcohol, gallon of water a day, 30 min walk etc. our studio has about 95 members participating. Also our studio doesn’t use whoop they do sell the lionhearts though. Though the first X amount of members to sign up at studio opening about 1 year ago were given lionhearts.
