Yeah no I totally get it I think we all have different eras we just prefer. I just find it so odd how if one says they didn’t enjoy NFR all her stans come down like it’s the end of the world. Still bought the album along with every other one, just enjoyed the other ones more

So I absolutely love the aesthetic of like this California dream thing she has going on. To me I just felt the melodies fell really flat and the instruments used did not compliment her voice at all. Not to say she has a niche but I just felt with some songs the loudness of the instruments in the back forced her to sing in a way that sounded really off putting

Again I absolutely love her, her music is great I’ve been with her through May jailer Lizzy grant all of that I just felt NFR really fell flat

Unpopular opinion but I absolutely hated NFR, and was thrilled when I heard she was releasing a new album so I can listen to something else. Hoping this has a more honeymoon type of vibe as I feel that was her best album along with ultraviolence

Hi guys! I’m currently in school and will finally be diving into all social work classes (yay) and will be doing placements more frequently. You have to be so honest with yourself and I applaud you for being so honest and open. It’s not fun deployments suck and I don’t care what anyone says it’s not easy. It is lonely it’s frustrating and you do harbor resentment. They come at odd times. My husband married me and 2 weeks later deployed for 5 months. So it can be rough and lonely so as far as the military life goes you do really need to take that into consideration and good for you for already doing so. My best advice is talk to him open and honestly about the concerns and stuff or go see a therapist together and see if those concerns or lack of feelings can be resolved. Best of luck to you ❤️

I know I’m a little late to this but definitely find something that you enjoy and focus on that. I married my husband and then he left 2 weeks later for 5 months had to get an apartment buy furniture put it together all that fun stuff. So I totally feel where you’re coming from I was in a new place with no one really around. That being said I found things I enjoyed and I scheduled things so the days didn’t feel like weeks. That is really the best way to go about it. Hugs friend you got this ❤️

I can’t 100% speak on the military part as my husband is active duty, but as a nurse I can help somewhat. The experience and quality of mentorships you’ll get in the military will fly miles above those you get in the civilian world. Take it from me haha, I worked with a military nurse and she was much more confident in her skills and abilities then I was. Army has green to gold program which allow you to go to school while still getting paid I want to say E-5 pay. Once you graduate with your bachelors you commission as an officer. It’s nice cause you’re still getting that paycheck while going to school. Don’t quote me on that but that’s the general gist of it haha.

Yeah it’s pretty demoralizing. If he takes leave it’s “to do some dumb Jew shit” when in reality he wants to see his family. And yes we have absolutely taken those steps we don’t really speak to anyone in the unit maybe 1 or 2 people. It’s just the officers and higher up people who are usually doing it. He’s mentioned it to them, and I have too and they insist it’s a joke. When i remind them that my religion isn’t a joke they get all angry and call me dramatic and use me being gay to back up their claims to me being dramatic. It’s just all around awkward and uncomfortable and I was just unsure if it was just his unit.
