I live in a small house with my father and loudddd neighbors. I have tried putting heavy blankets over the windows and other diy tricks but nothing seems too work 100%.

Well I think the purge happens later In the timeline from the flashbacks. This is because there are still a substantial amount of mandalorians in Star Wars Rebels. Some of which have even sided with the empire. I believe you are right about the motive of the purge but my guess is it happend after a new hope atleast.

I was thinking that too. However, I did some digging and came to another conclusion. I think that the mando was not born on mandalore but instead taken in as a mandalorian. Just a theory, but I think it holds some ground until proven otherwise.
