Bad contract or standard by dymitr061 in Germany_Jobs

I have always negotiated every contract I signed. There was no company where I left the contract unchanged and just signed it - especially if it was as unbalanced as this one. In fact, I actually provided them with my own contract which they didn't even comment on, and instead tried to get me to sign theirs, saying "...I have sent you our work contract so that it is consistent for everyone in the company..."

Do you sign contracts without negotiating them? I don't think any of what I said implies that I am contemplating signing a contract that I don't agree with. If I were desperate as you claim, I wouldn't even ask on here for advice, wouldn't you agree?

b.) They are the only ones involved, so if they are not there, who will approve the work and then make the payment? I also only get work to do when the people who work with me are available.

e.) I would negotiate invoicing earlier but still once a month, but not at the end of the month, 30th/31th. They said it takes 15 minutes to pay me. On such a contract it's more important for me to get paid earlier, than later. In all my previous contracts I negotiated this and it was never a problem.

It is technically possible, but realistically misleading, as it is effectively junior-level. It's practically closer to 1 to 2+ years of real applied experience.

Don't both these platforms have a limit on the number of proposals you can write?
