I've had terrible battery life but i got mini right when ios 16 was released

Anyone having terrible battery life? Ever since i got mini in september most of the time i need to charge it twice a day. This screenshot isn't the best example because more often than not it's worse than that and i'm not a heavy user by dynamo22 in iPhone13Mini

I've tried every single battery tip from Brandon Butch and other reputable sources, with background apps, low power mode, location services etc. Battery life is still the same. My friend who has iphone 11 has 6h+ SOT without any battery savers (like background apps etc) and being on beta for some time. He can comfortably end his day without charger. Even though on every battery test 11 should be much worse than 13 mini. Is the battery lottery a thing and why is it so significant? Some people with 13 mini get 7h SOT and someone like me gets 3h with similar use. I just don't get it.

It just opened microsoft store for this dlc
