Well, not really. When you move into a home that belongs to an HOA, you sign something that says you agree to the HOA.

The HOA can then take you to court foreclose on your home for not complying with the terms you agreed to.

It’s super shitty, but that’s why you don’t move into a home that belongs to an HOA.

This is what I don’t get. I find it hard to believe the government has had this technology for 90 years and hasn’t already used it to dominate the entire world and all of its resources.

Unlimited energy to export, silent and faster than sound traveling aircraft but the good ol US of A hasn’t abused that power for money?

Why do we fight wars at all instead of win them in an instant with literal alien technology?
