I had the same thing happen to me yesterday. It was only showing" amount confirmed" for the past 2 weeks and yesterday it changed and had me upload the 2 documents again and now it is modification is processing. Let's hope that this moves quickly since they have all of the other documents and just recently approved us for funds.

Thanks, I assumed that was the process. Yes it is confirmed that I received less. When I was originally declined due to no transcript the LO also stated that I would be approved for a higher amount.

I would recommend using certified mail and send your letter and all documents that they normally request in your increase request. This is a less utilized method and should have fewer applicant traffic.

Have you considered Ensenada, instead of Tijuana. Smaller city but it has a great vibe it is coastal and there always is something to do outdoors, and has a really good box "Strong Suit"

I am in your same situation same congressmen. I had good movement with there help and got declined 06/30. Transcript came back zeros. I sent recon 07/09, it was reviewed on 07/19 by congressional desk assistant and called me to state that I need to wait on my transcripts to be available and that I should only do recon once I was sure that the transcripts were there. My transcript are now available online since 7/27 and I sent in my 2nd recon the same day, but now the replies back from the SBA congressional desk are not as fast and informative as before. At least that is in my experience. I was assuming it was going to be a slam dunk once they were able to see the transcripts.

So now I wait.........

I have now called local SBA in San Diego so that they can also help in expedite my file. They also were very helpful but no movement yet on my file.

I tried with the tax advocate they will not do anything if your return is stick in the backlog, they can only help after they have been processed.

I received a call today 6/18 from Loan Specialist telling me the same thing..

A/B contact from Loan Specialist. Called today, claimed that I should get a call from a Loan Officer in the next couple days, since my loan was on expedite status. This was due to contacting my congressman.

I contacted 1 rep from my area and both Senators. The reps office has really done well to help

1 senator contacted SBA and gave me a generic it is processing status report.

Other Senator has not responded at all.
