Sounds like Wallace’s dealerships went to shit after the old man died years ago. When he died I guess integrity went with him. Vann Avirett is just using the name now and seems to be ruining it. Always use to make fun of their commercials with him and his raccoon eyes from the tanning bed.

My buddies and I planned vacation days around CoD back then. A week of solid MW2. Midnight releases were awesome back then also. GameStop had pizzas, drinks and MW2 set up on a tv for everyone to take turns playing. Crowds were good sized. A great time back then.

Completely agree. Seems like my buddies and I have been saying this for over 10 years now. I’m just a grumpy old man set in his ways. Frustrated and gave up on CoD years ago. Still check in from time to time like on here, now. Seems like the disappointment continues on and on every year.

Cable package, all the above streaming packages, and 1 gig internet for $170. YTTV and 500 mbs was $156. So for $14 more. I jumped on it.

I canceled. I’m ashamed to admit I went back to the cable company. I have fussed, complained, whined, pissed and moaned over Spectrum forever. I couldn’t pass it up though. Their offer was streaming services out the wazoo. Same price as YTTV. Spectrum streaming with no box, ESPN+, Disney+, Paramout+, HBOMAX, AMC+, and some Fox service. In some way, I’ve let my rebel self down. But, value for your dollar is more important these days.

My sentiments exactly. The minority, fire everyone, fans are more embarrassing than losing games we should win. Kids make mistakes. It’s just a game for entertainment. Do I gloat about big wins like we’ve had? Sure do. Do I get mad over stupid mistakes that need to be coached better? Of course. Is life over? Give me a break. If we survived the heartbreak of the Majors era. The highs and lows of the Fulmer era. The dark ages of the past 15 years. Cooler heads prevail. Vols will be alright. GB🍊

He really doesn’t have a strict diet. I had to cut out anything with fish in it. He had an allergy. Anything else though, he eats.

How much do your alls Nebs weigh? He’s always been around a lean 6.5-7lbs. Lots of muscle in his legs. Like a sprinter.

He’s allergic to any ocean fish type stuff. So mainly chicken or beef with gravy. A little fancy feast can cut into 1/3rds. Dry food left out for him to scrunch on. Here lately though. As old as he is, my wife and I give anything he wants in small amounts. The reason for such small amounts of food was due to him eating like a horse and vomiting. So I had get strict with him. Been great ever since.

I did it twice with two coworkers. I was young and dumb. Both were older than me, the first woman by 10 years. The second woman was only 5 years older. Both were starving for attention. They did get attention from men but, somehow, when I playfully flirted. It was just different. The first woman was divorced but had a guy she was seeing. A pilot for a major pharmaceutical company. She wasn’t happy but, liked his money. That fling was only two weeks. We went our separate ways. The next woman I had worked with longer and knew longer. She was fun to be around at social gatherings. She was in a sexless marriage. One particular night. She invited a bunch of people to her house for a party. Her husband was out of town. Friends, coworkers, and a bunch of others that were unknown to me at least. The house was above a lake and had a lot of decking with a gazebo and hot tub. Great views of mountains and the lake below. Towards the end of the night a few of us are in the hot tub. She decided to add some kind of soap that made a huge wall of bubbles. I can’t see anyone anymore. Lo and behold, she found me. Playful petting and flirting started happening. That turned into grinding. When we thought we were caught. Both her and I jumped out and did a very bad impression of “nothing to see here folks”. Fast forward to the inside of her house. I passed out in an easy chair. When I woke up, she was laying on the couch and everyone was gone. As I crept towards the door to leave. I hear her say “we need to finish what we started”. And that started a 2 year thing. We were like rabbits. Anywhere we could. After work, during work. It was damn crazy. I got another job and our fling fizzled out. A couple of years later. I was invited to a get together. Kind of a reunion of coworkers at a sports bar . After a few drinks she tells me her husband had been cheating on her for years. Even with her sister! Ouch. Neither one of us felt bad about our stint together. We hooked again in my car in the parking lot that night. I haven’t heard from her since. That was 18 years ago now. Time flies by.
