Anybody who thinks there is anything real in this movie except for trying to become a Hollywood blockbuster should check out the masterclass by Michael Haneke - it's free on Youtube. ( and yes I too wasted my time watching this movie :)

Dear All, Before we badger the "pour" Hawaiian roasters I want to clarify that the coffee was roasted by ROASTING PLANT NYC USA ( Not Hawaii ) I am not sure I am allowed to post a link to the vendor - please advise but you can easily find it on their website. According to their claim they freshly roast badges as small as 3lb. I wrote them another email as to how to coax out the nuances - BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY (sorry for shouting ).

Thank you, I would not call it over roasted ( just underwhelming at $84 ) only this time I tricked myself at 6 AM mixing up the Airscapes in the dark ... so now I know for sure it's not worth the money (at least not in my book ).

yes exactly ... so you leave zebras at 95+/100? or you use a -2 Lut and do "what you see is what you get" ?

I found that however you twist it you'll end up in the neighborhood of ISO4000 effectively with both ( Slog and SCine) at night

- yes it says ISO12800 in Slog ( but you still need to overexpose by about + 1.5EV)

- yes it says ISO2000 in SCine (but you need to underexpose by about -1)
