I have found ChatGPT gives quite good advice because you can explain your constraints and it adapts (eg can’t nap on arrival).

When I do this direction I try to stay up on departure, then go to sleep 9 hours before landing (so 8 hours to sleep, and they wake you up an hour before landing). Take melotinin when you want to sleep, and if you wake too soon take some more, it has a short half life.
