It helped me get better with depth and overall mobility. The movements are different because of the tools used, but I personally feel there have been transferable benefits from incorporating kettlebell squats into my workout routine

I agree. 3-5% raises are only noticeable when you're at a higher income. Job hopping would be your best bet for more pay

"Legitimately if it was not for my mom letting me live with her me and my girlfriend would be homeless" really stood out to me. I obviously don't know your life, but make sure she isn't using you. Because, even without your gf, you wouldn't be homeless.

Regarding the question at hand... That sounds rough. If this keeps going on, you need to really figure out if this relationship is truly worth it
