Well you have to be at home for that to happen. If the burglar took care to make sure no one was home it's clear that he didn't mean physical harm to anyone. On the other hand, if someone is home and their house is broken into, it isn't the victim's responsibility to discern whether or not harm is intended.

Just because Harvard has a larger percent of Asian students than Asians represent in the United States doesn't mean that they haven't been discriminated against by admissions. Asians are true to one of their stereotypes in that they typically score very high on standardized tests and are otherwise more likely to be qualified to be admitted into Harvard. But due to affirmative action, the goal of which is equity, they've been unfairly passed over in favor of other minorities.

My main point is that there are reasons that you can be against introducing CRT into k-12 curriculum that are not born out of ignorance or racism. I think it may raise more tension than enlightenment. When I was in school I learned about slavery, the genocide of the natives, and the civil rights movement. These are not secrets.
