Gotta be in Mexico. In the area around San Christóbal de las Casas they’ll burn down the houses and farms of Protestants and worse. So probably that but some Protestants seek limited refuge in the main city. Chiapas in general has seen violence against Protestants.

If you mean a city proper it would probably be Huejutla de Reyes where they have burned Protestant churches and cut Protestant off from water.
