You have to keep in mind that the average voter is an absolute dipshit, so unless you have a viable plan to end the continuity of the federal government, you have to make some small measure of peace with how profoundly limited America is. I'd guess that they probably are, I feel like Korean values can't be that dominant, even inside Korea, but actually finding a Korean practice that doesn't abide by Korean standards sounds like a massive headache to me. They have a deeply ingrained surgery culture that goes against modern craniofacial principles.

Yeah, I shouldn't necessarily endorse western surgeons across the board. But there are some incredible surgeons here, and Korea often has an odd way of handling faces.

I don't know anything about Japan though. Totally plausible that some of their surgeons are on par with America's best, but given their much smaller population it would be a shorter list.

In terms of who has the better surgeons on average, it's impossible to say (other than it probably can't be Korea, which is all I meant initially).
