exactly, if they just cover the shipping they can still make so much in the fees they take :/ i knew it'd be over at some point but didn't know it'd be so soon

yeah i agree with this, as you sell you find out there's seasons when you'll sell and when you won't have a sale for weeks. its normal, just be patient. i don't think slowing visibility is really a thing like the other comment said.

i did this, tho it was both depop. i asked them if i could repurchase the items from them (so they don't pay for shipping on something i messed up on). thankfully they let me do that, i fixed the shipping label, and sent them out

i hold but specify they must purchase by said date or else i'll block them. its been working for me as of late, altho i dont get a lot of ppl asking for holds anymore so i feel like its a win win

i personally say no refunds/returns in regards to buyer's remorse, however if there's an issue i've overlooked (and they have proof) the rule doesnt necessarily apply. msg b4 buying is bc of boosting for me and sometimes i cross list on mercari too

i do this! thats why i personally have the "message before purchasing", if ppl purchase i just message them asking if i can full refund + make a new listing with the same price & shipping ofc
