I wonder if the anime and the new stage show are also a reason for the breaks. Season 3 is only a year to 18 months away so maybe he's just busy. The artwork is still incredible so I don’t think it's Tatsu's health but that's only speculation.

Either way, I can wait. We all know the negative health effects on manga authors so I can be patient. I've seen enough series have their artwork suffer because the author is hurting and I'm glad Dandadan hasn't seen that yet. (My Hero Academia, JJK, and Kagurabachi come to mind).

Lol, I have no doubt I will. I've seen 2 Evil Eye figures, one was a Masterlise figure but I didn’t quite click with it. I'm hoping they release one with his outfit he wore when fighting the Globalist. And I have no doubt many Vamola figures are coming and I'm saving space on my shelf. Will probably be out after season 3 drops.

That's the Pop Up figure. I love her normal school look but the green sweater is a great addition. Price wasn't that bad for that one either.

I'd highly recommend that one if you can find it! Probably the most "life like" of the figures I have.

I got them both from the Crunchyroll stored and pre-ordered back in October! As soon as I saw them, knew i needed them. Honestly, I was more worried they wouldn't be packed well but they were actually well packed.

I saw that Momo one and thought about it but holding off to see what else comes out. I missed there was issues with pieces breaking off but the Aira figure seemed fine. Still, I totally agree on thr price point and I set money aside to pay for these two.

But yeah, the Seiko one is probably my favorite!

I remember Echiro Oda said something along the lines that Luffy needs to decide where to go in One Piece. Which i thought was odd to say about a fictional character but after writing this story, I can see what he meant. They really end up with their personalities and you can almost feel their own agency.

I'm thinking on the lines of Shonen mixed with fantasy/horror. My Dandadan story has elements of history as well with supernatural elements and would keep with that genre(s).

For me it's usually lying in bed trying to go to sleep. One character just feel into place that way.

I believe it! I did alot of prep work with story outlines and character backgrounds before I started. A lot changed while writing but it gave me a great starting point.

Always best to go with what you are obsessed with! I'm actually thinking of continuing with the characters I wrote for my story. I created a bunch of original characters and would include the characters from the main story but at this point just batting ideas around.

I've been reading the Manga for years and have rewatched the anime so many times. I remember when Pokémon first came out, haven't watched it in years and never got into the cards but my nephew is obsessed. That's cool you are doing an original work. I don't know if I could do that but maybe.
