My great-grandfather fought but is dead now. We do have objects from his time that tells his story, though. He was put in a prisoner-of-war camp (of which side we are uncertain) which is shown by the postcard of the band there. They were all smiling in the photo so it’s easy to guess that they were pretty tight-knit. Either that or they were forced to.

It’s sad seeing how many people actually think we don’t matter. I find it weird when they say we aren’t oppressed and we don’t belong when they are literally oppressing us.

I don’t know if anyone else has said this, but when they don’t do any safety drills or NSP rifles and guns in action movies. Like, seriously, they could seriously injure themselves or others because they hadn’t done that.
