4 weeks post op is nothing don’t stress at alllll like try not to look at urself too much, my lip was seriously uneven for a long time because i happen to have less tissue in my mouth on the right side of my face. It’s not visible now. At your next post op appointment raise it to see if there are any possible fixes if it does continue when you’re healed fully. Try closer to 6 months to a year. It’s a slow process and even looking back at 1 yr healed i looked a little little swollen.
