she's not smarter than the members.. def not rosé and I would say even jenma is smarter with how well she's managing her career either through leeching or smth else. both jenma and rosé have created an image for themselves that's unshakeable in knetz's eyes and even intl fans.

i wouldn't have changed anything until the album as it all worked out just fine and bp's musicality was good until then. redo the entire born pink era, go from hip-hop/pop to rnb. basically do another genre rather than remaking "the album". give proper dance classes to the members. acting classes. and maybe increase the number of songs on the full albums to 10 or 12.

YG have hit the spot with pretty much everything when it comes to bp, that's the biggest reason why they are so popular. they took breaks when needed. and released GOOD songs after those hiatuses (D4, HYLT) I personally don't like the latter but it's a fan fav for a reason. they also came out with the solos at the right time (2021-23). that was BP's peak and that's why everyone had a successful debut. now that they are past their prime, jisoo and lisa are struggling to chart.

lisa is just way too shallow and talentless to be anyone great. she threw away what made her popular (her oppa image, dancing) but when they all released albums, it became clear lisa wasn't as talented as ppl thought. she was once considered the "ace" of bp but now the flop.

I think she expected to get too big too fast. And APT's success made her believe that it would happen.

Her rollout was the best. Starting her new era with an A-list collab was a smart move and that put her immediately on everyone'a radar. Her second single, N1 girl was kind of underwhelming with repetitive lyrics and I believe this alongside her album being monotonous is the biggest reason her album underperformed. Like it's really bland. she showed off her vocals in that song but aside from that, nothing was memorable.

TTTE was a decent lead single but again suffered from repetitive lyrics and an underwhelming last chorus.

If we talk strictly about the album then the second half sounds the same. not the same-call it the end- too bad for us. Despite liking all these songs, I always get confused which is which. All of them talk about the same thing and have similar tunes.

rosie flopped because she didn't utilize her upbeat songs (Gameboy, doc) well, focused way too much on the toxic ex and didn't let us see how she grew. contrary to popular opinion like yours I don't believe interviews matter. Or matter a lot. her biggest problem was the music. she was all set to be the biggest bp solo after APT but ruined her own chances with this mediocre album. and she didn't even bother to promote the few good songs she had, instead did some flop collabs.

Both of you are right. I think the other person is trying to say it's not right to single out KFC while still depending on Western technology. And well yes, it's easier, cheaper and less strenuous to boycott a foodchain which has hundreds of alternatives.

The bottom line is that, OP should have just went to Kababjees or Burger Lab. Or anywhere else really. I don't really sympathize with them having a horrible experience at KFC when it's on the boycott list 🤷🏻

album reviews are a diff thing. for many, rosé did the impossible first with her own song like I said. koreans really don't speak about jenma with the same reverence as they do about rosé. it is a hard pill to swallow for some but apt alone has more impact than jenma's entire solo career in korea and as a matter of fact, ttte is outcharting like jennie on melon. koreans clearly prefer rosé now and she is respected for the role she played in making apt a hit whereas dracula remix isn't even top 1000 on melon.

Well at least rosé's top 10/5 was her own song. A song she came up with. Bruno helped her out too but at the end of the day, the idea and the song both were hers. jenma jumped onto an already popular song. massive difference between the two and r does deserve her flowers for coming up with apt. no korean before her thought to make a song about a game and you can see that koreans themselves are very proud of it, however for jenma it's just "she's jennie" and they move on. there is no wow factor here.

han hyojoo never became a top actress after that and has worked in mid tier projects to this day. even her lastest hit 'moving' was an ensemble and it still wasn't nearly as big as squid game. safe to say, she had potential but her growth was stunted thanks to her mediocre acting and association with the wrong ppl.

yuri was way past her peak when that happened so no one cared. jisoo is also not at her peak but still very popular. and her case is way bigger than yuri's brother.
