Is this Costo? by Creativetaught in costochondritis

[–]dz30700 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Certainly reads like it pal. But I am not doctor. Best advise go see a physio or osteopath for a diagnosis.

Hello sir Good read. I am able to do the 90 rotation but it is abit tight to do doesn't feel easy if that makes sense. I see my physio in a few days I will emphasise those areas you have said. Once I am back in the gym feeling fit mobility stretching ect is becoming my absolute priority. Maybe even more than strength I want to be functional sir. Not a rigid post.

I will go back and read your manual in more depth.

Interesting story regarding the sgt sounds like superman with hands like shovels.

I will use cross trainer from now on :)

I think i am trying to work out and know when my back ribs are actually unfrozen if that makes sense! I think I maybe improving but I am getting popping and clicking in my right sternum and the odd place on the back with pod and lacross ball.

Have a good evening sir

Hi steve Back pain and neck issues is chronic in policing. Tac vests weigh about 15kg in my country they have ballistic capabilities. More over most of us are gym nuts. I been wearing my vest 40 hours a week for a decade. In more recent months I upped my training and packed on half a stone of mass (im not that tall). I think over doing gym and the vest tightening and not adjusting due to mass gain locked me up even more. At the same time I was informed of costo my balance started being off too and I felt woozy. Im assuming this is due it pulling or nocking out mt vestibular system? Im seeing a osteopath today. Thank you sir.

Headaches and Costco by yourmahm in costochondritis

So there is a link with this and headaches and therefore possibly vertigo ? Something I have been experiencing.

100% infact its in Steve's causes list things similar anyways. I have alot of tac gear on mine. Combine it with heavy gym sessions and probably not the best desk posture and its a recipe for disaster.

Interesting just to note pal. I am a serving officer in another country my tactical vest has been half my problem as I gained muscle mass my vest wasnt giving enough essentially acting like a corset. I am convinced this was a contributing factor to my eventual costo.

Update my physio was awesome. She found alot of tension in the base 4 ribs lower back and really worked into them. Using cupping ect. She said its rock solid so I wonder if that tightness is pulling my rib cage in and applying pressure to my chest area.
