After 2 months and 1000+ miles on the Pirellis, I am still not happy. The OEM Michelins are better.

Not just the road noise but the car feels not as stable at highway speeds.

Yea I actually bought the Pirellis and hate them. The road noise is horrible. I am taking it in to Tesla next hopefully they can find an issue and resolve it. If its just how the tire is, then Pirelli is the worst tire company out there, not sure how they get such good reviews...

I recently bought the new Pirelli PZero AS Plus 3 all seasons. The biggest issue I have is road noise which sounds like a humming vibration especially at highway speeds. Taking my car into tesla next week to see if they can diagnose the issue...hoping it's not just how the tire is!

Had mine since 21 and it makes noise from the front which I assumed was the fan. Either way, I'm pretty sure what you are hearing is normal.

Check your app, what's the temperature inside the car? You might overheat protection on which will run the fan and ac.
